AI Job Discovery
Runs daily. An Apify actor scrapes OnlineJobs.ph listings; an AI step scores each role for fit and explains its reasoning; a second AI step drafts a tailored cover letter; results land in a Google Sheet.
I build workflows that connect the tools you already use, so repetitive manual steps happen on their own. This is a growing part of my work, built on a software development background — which means the automation can be backed by real code and custom tools when it needs to be.
A workflow usually ties together a few of these.
Discover
Map the repetitive process and where time is lost.
Analyze
Identify which steps are rule-based and safe to automate.
Design
Plan a workflow around your existing tools and data.
Automate
Build it in n8n with APIs, webhooks and AI where useful.
Integrate
Connect it to the apps, sheets and inboxes you already use.
Deploy
Put it live with error handling and notifications.
Improve
Monitor real runs and refine the logic over time.
Described by the outcome, not the tech.
Connect the tools you already use and remove repetitive manual steps with n8n, APIs and webhooks.
Add AI to a workflow for tasks like classifying, extracting, summarizing or drafting — with a human in the loop where it matters.
Design, build and host n8n workflows shaped around how your team actually works.
Make separate apps talk to each other so data moves automatically instead of by copy-paste.
Collect and organize leads from public sources into a clean, deduplicated, structured list.
Clean, transform and route data between systems on a schedule or a trigger.
Turn a spreadsheet into a live system: automatic updates, notifications and syncing.
Trigger, personalize and route email based on real events instead of manual sending.
Small web apps and dashboards built around your automations so your team can use them.
Personal prototypes built on an n8n trial while developing this skill set. They are not running in production, but they show the kind of workflow I put together.

A form kicks off an Apify actor that pulls business leads from Google Maps. The workflow de-duplicates and standardizes them into a Google Sheet, scrapes each site for emails and socials, uses AI to extract and format the details, and an AI agent drafts an outreach email per lead.
Pulls a job posting and my CV, then an AI agent drafts a tailored proposal and cover letter aligned to that specific job. The draft is saved as a document and a Gmail draft to review and send — it does not apply on its own.
When a new file lands in Drive, the workflow downloads it, an AI step analyzes the document and decides which folder it belongs in, then it finds that folder and moves the file.
Screenshots of these workflows are available on request.
Let’s identify what can be automated and design a practical workflow around your existing tools.
